RAWNSLEY PARK STATION

Rawnsley Park Station lies on the southern face of Wilpena Pound. It was settled as part of Arkaba Station in 1851 as early pastoralists attempted to grow wheat and farm sheep. From the station, guests may watch the sky turn a brilliant red as it sets over Wilpena Pound. The landscape has captivated poets and painters for generations. It is home to native wildlife and flora in its natural habitat and is rich in Aboriginal culture and history. These are just some of the experiences to be had in South Australia's Flinders Ranges - a region that dates back millions of years.
