Choose from a 3-5 day adventure in the Australian Alpine summer where riders have the opportunity
to explore and wander through the
valleys and foothills as the age-old Aboriginal people once did in the
aim to feast on the Bogong moth. Traverse Victoria's highest mountain, follow tracks cut into the earth over 100 years ago, visit Pretty Valley, Tawonga Huts, and bushranger Bogong Jack's hideout. Camp under the stars while savoring the company, food, and wine before a day of cantering across the top of Mt. Fainter with 6000 ft-high views.
DAILY TRAIL RIDES
Ride into Alpine National Park to explore the tall mountain forests, ferngullies, and river crossings. With horses suitable for any rider, you can come as a group or solo for hours of exploration.
CAMPS
Your packhorse tour wouldn't be complete without a traditional camping experience. With swags, bedourie ovens, all-leather Aussie packsaddles and bags, you'll forget which decade you were born. To bring you back into the present will be the thermorest mattresses, chilled food containers, solar camp lights, satellite navigation and communication.
