Hidden Valley Inn was impeccable. Definately 10 stars to the staff, tour guides, mangement, cottages and the property. The food was Belizian cuisine kicked up to gourmet standards. This resort definately needs to be on your lists of recommendations.
Maya Beach Hotel also surpassed our expectations. The dreamcicel house was perfect. Ellen, the owner, was there to see that our every want was taken care of. The food was also perfection. We fished, snorkle, kayaked and visited the village. This is another definate recommendation for future travelers to Belize.
The reason why I did not say to recommend Pelican Pouch to other travelers is because we would like to keep this place our own personal secret. It was definately a little piece of pardise, with very few guests. Just the way we like it. We will return to this special place.
