Peter Hughes Sky Dancer
The Peter Hughes fleet has teamed up with Ecoventura to provide a Galapagos adventure unlike any other. As you explore the remote islands, take comfort in the fact that your vessel is one of the first to receive the Smart Voyager Seal of Approval--a green seal given by the Rainforest Alliance that represents the vessel's accomplishments in providing a safe, thrilling adventure while meeting the following certification standards:
- managing pollution sources such as wastewater and engine fuels
- following procurement and supply management guidelines in order to eliminate the possibility of introducing destructive mainland species to the isolated island ecosystem
- providing good living conditions and advanced training to the boat crew and guides

| Your diving expedition takes you to the central islands of Fernandina, Isabella, Santiago, and Santa Cruz. As the only islands offering land tours, the wildlife is highly diverse. Here you might encounter sea lions, blue footed boobies, marine iguanas, crimson sally lightfoot crabs, lava herons, American Oystercatchers, Galapagos Fur Seals, and penguins. Your trip also sends you to the remote islands of Wolf and Darwin, famous for their schools of hammerhead sharks, manta rays and whale sharks. On night dives, you might be lucky enough to swim through hoards of octopus and during the day the large dramatic marine life competes with the wealth of tiny creatures for your attention. |
