The bummer thing was that it rained.  ALOT.  I mean, a LOT!!  We had a couple of fairly nice days, and once we got to the glacier area, the skies opened up and it absolutely dumped for 3 days straight.  We had actually decided to go on the heli hike because we had some extra money, but it got cancelled due to rain.  Our drive from the glaciers to Christchurch was totally clouded in, so we didn't get to see any of the scenery!!

We still had fun, though!  It finally did stop raining, so we were actually able to go on the caving adventure, which was good, because it had been cancelled for others earlier in the week.

Anyway, thank you for all of your help!  It was great!  The LOR 4x4 tour and the horse ride were both spectacular. Scary cliffs, but great! It is an amazing place!!
