| THE RESORT
Decorated in traditional style, this resort accommodates 36 guests easily. The newly renovated colonial-style main house features a dining room, lounge, bar, reception, library, office, and laundry room. Guests also enjoy the swimming pool and the resort's 24-hour power. The buildings are created to harmonize with the natural surroundings, and utilize the traditional style of woven mat walls and walnut paneling. Dine on a variety of local seafood, vegetables, and tropical fruits. Take part in a BBQ on the fjord terrace, and savor the variety of wines and cold beer.
Accommodations feature polished timber flooring, air conditioning, screens, hot water, ensuites, a bar and fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, and most come with verandas.
Child minding services are also available.

ACTIVITIES
Aside from diving, which the resort specializes in, you can experience the rich cultural heritage of the mainland’s tribal villages for insight into indigenous life, hike across the Tufi Fiord and Mt Trafalgar, cruise, canoe, kayak, blue water fish, take a guided day trip to see a Jebo house and waterfall, or simply watch birds, butterflies, and orchids that surround the resort.
For eco-travelers day trips and overnight stays can be organized to experience local guesthouses in a typical Oro Village. |

DIVING
With constant visibility of at least 30 meters and a year round water temperature between 26-29° C, the diving conditions provide the maximum enjoyment and ability to experience the wide variety of dives available.
Day or night, explore the Fjords and WWII P.T. boat wrecks where you will see gobie, nudibranchs, mandarin fish, ghost pipe fish, and pigmy seahorses amongst colorful coral reef.
There are numerous outer reef dive sites where you can experience the pristine and unspoiled riches of the sea. Just 5-10 miles off shore, divers can view reef going to depths of 600m where spectacular marine life abound including the rare white hammerhead shark.
The Tufi Wharf is where muck diving began among a century of dumped debris which transformed into homes for a variety of critters in no more then 10m of water. |
