"The travel people of French Polynesia, with whom you were associated, came through beautifully. Whenever it was time for someone to appear,
they were THERE, on time or before, and we never once had a problem
regarding our reservations. There were several highlights for me: I
really liked the diversity of the three places/islands we stayed, and I
loved Tahiti and wish that we had extended a day or two before or after,
just to see it. Highlights: Hiro, the social director at Manihi;
Pascal, the co-owner of the glass-bottom boat who took us to (in my
opinion) the best snorkeling area that we saw, which was through the "pass" to the reef (We used their glass-bottom boat only because the
other two dive boats were taken); going out with the dive boat operator
(good guys!) on Bora Bora (two days, 4 sites, two of which were very
good for snorkeling, including swimming with Mantas), and Bernard, a
real jewel at Dream Island, who took us to four different sites in the
lagoon (and fed the sting-rays) so that we could see more species of
fish than in front of the house in the lagoon; he was the Dream in Dream
Island. So we had lots of highlights." MORE...
"Thanks so much for all the help you provided in planning and booking our once in a life time trip to Tahiti, Australia and Fiji. Our neice, Alison, was delighted we were at her wedding in Brisbane just before Christmas and we will always have the fondest memories of the event. That was just one highlight from our long trip. The Pearl Beach Resort at Bora Bora was sensational. The beach hut was unique with its three separate spaces including the lovely private open sky garden, jacuzzi and shower area. The other Pearl Beach Resort at Manihi probably was our favorite for the trip because we were thrilled with the over-water hut and the display of marine life right in front of our deck. We photographed sharks, octopus, butterfly and big triggerfish from the deck and then went snorkeling with them. We loved the riverside environment in Brisbane. It was so easy to get around using the three types of ferries. The flight from Nadi in Fiji to Yasawa on a seaplane was a big hit, wow, what a view flying over the islands and coral atolls. Yasawa Resort was a superb finishing touch to a perfect holiday. The people made us so welcome and our every need was met.
